Description

Chicken Wings are produced from our delicious chicken body at approx 100 grams each. Our expert butchers have removed the breast cleanly through the joint to leave the meaty wings. The skin has been left on & any excess fat has been trimmed off to make this ready to cook. As we don’t add water to our chicken there is less shrinkage during the cook, & this makes them much better value for money & better flavour. The thick meat on them gives a higher meat to bone ratio for better value.
